WELCOME TO WINE DOWN!

We will be doing 3 releases a year of 6 bottles each.  The Club is free but credit card information is needed to ship your wines to you.  You will be emailed several weeks before the release so you will know what wines you will be receiving and at what cost.  There will be other benefits coming like free wine tastings at the winery, members only wine pairings, and limited edition merchandise.

We hope everyone is well and has gotten thru this last trying year and had a good holiday season.  We got some excellent wines to bring in the spring of 2021!

Supplies have been a bit tough to get this past year with Covid-19 but we manage to fine two lovely blended wines.

For our red we went to Italy again, they have some many great red grapes!  We our making a Primo Rosso, which is a blend of Cabernet, Pinot Noir, and Merlot.  This wine has ripe, dark fruit flavors with subtle hints of spice.  It is medium oak resulting in full body with a dry finish that pairs well with pasta and pizza.  Of course, it is excellent on its own.

We went back down under to get this excellent white blend of Traminer-Riesling from Australia.  These grapes of German descent are a fantastic blend.  This wine can be either sweet or off-dry depending on how it is made.  Ours is off-dry that is aromatic with hints of lime, apple, honey, and stone fruit.  This goes great with cheeses, salads, light pasta, and white meat.
