Southern Hospitality


This Peach infused California Chardonnay gives you the real flavor

of the south. These sweet and crisp flavors pair well with hors d'oeuvres

 and silky cheeses. Won a Bronze in the 2018 Finger Lakes International Competition in Upper New York State!

Sweet Summer Bliss

Infused with Strawberry, this California White Zinfandel is perfect for

summer picnics and enjoying a warm outdoor day. Pairs well with 

fruit and cheeses.

Razzle Dazzle

This California White Zinfandel's infusion of Raspberry awakens the palate and pairs with fruit & cheese trays & hors d'oeuvres.

Black Bear

This California Merlot  infused with of berryBlack awakens the palate and pairs with lite hors d'oeuvres, fare, & desserts. Wone a Silver Medal in the Asheville, NC International Competition Fall of 2018.

Indian Falls White

Our California Chardonnay has a drier taste with hints of apple and 

oak.  Providing a crisp beginning with a dry finish, it compliments seafood and pasta dishes.

Thomas Falls White

Our Pinot Grigio hails from central California has a nice medium body. The finish is fruity yet soft, assertive and dry. Pairs with cured meats,shrimp,turkey,veal, chicken parmesan and cream sauces. Won a Silver Medal in the Asheville, NC 2018 International competition!

Happy Hiker

This German Gewurztraminer grape has a semi-sweet front with a medium finish with hints of apricot and green apple. Great with spicy foods.

Smoky Mountain Mist


This Argentina grape has a excellent musky smoky flavor with a nice mild dry finish.  Great with Red meats and sharp cheeses.

Fire Side Red


From the burgundy region of France, this Pinot Noir is a light, fruity, easy drinking wine.  Emphasizing fresh berry flavors, it pairs well with tenderloin, seared tuna, and pork chops.

Chateau Du Roi


A Big Red flavor derived from French grapes with excellent berry and 

cherry aromas. This multi-blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedere, and

Cinsault is flavored wilth elderberries and oak. Pairs with BBQ, lobster, and steak.

Deep Creek Red


This full-body Cabernet Sauvignon is made with grapes of South Africa.

A blend of rich aroma, intense flavor with a smooth finish.  Pairs well with

fine cuts of red meat and sharp cheeses.

Old Vine Zin


A full-body, well-rounded mellow Zinfandel grapes are from Lodi, California whose vines are over 100 years old.  The hints of black pepper makes this an excellent compliment to steak. Won a Silver Medal in the 2018 Asheville, NC International Competition.

Big Red Reserve


Enjoy this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with fine cuts of red meats and sharp cheeses.  This aged wine offers a blend of rich araom and intense flavor with a velvety smooth finish.
